I took this at sunset a couple weeks back and am just now getting ‘round to looking at it. I think it’s good enough for sharing.
The smokestack in the back of the photo is from the campus power plant which has either been decommissioned or converted to running on natural gas. However, I’ve heard from multiple sources that, until not all that long ago you could get work study positions loading coal into the furnace.
