Carson Park

Carson park is a an 134 acre peninsula that forms the oxbow in Half Moon Lake and it one of my favorite places in Eau Claire, it reminds me of a mini version of Point Defiance Park in Tacoma (one of the best parks ever!). The land for the park was donated by the family of Timber Baron William Carson in 1914, hence the name.

Won’t have the fall colors much longer
